CPCMG announces holiday hours

CPCMG has announced their schedule for the upcoming holidays. 

All CPCMG offices and CPEC will be closed on the following dates:

Select CPCMG offices will be open 8am to 12pm on the following dates:

Video Visits are available from 8am to 12pm on the following dates:

• Please schedule Video Visits using your MyChart account.
• For health care advice by phone, please call your CPCMG office and listen to the prompts.
