Many families are on the go all day and need to find healthy snacks to grab and eat on the run. Rather than reaching for another sugary granola bar, here are some healthier alternatives to add into the mix!

~String cheese
~Edamame
~Grapes (cut them into 2 or 3 pieces for kids under 4)
~Apple slices (may be dipped in peanut or almond butter for extra protein)
~Hummus with pita chips or pretzels
~Nut butter sandwiches
~Belvita crackers
~Berries
~Yogurt
~Applesauce or fruit sauce pouches
~Smoothies made with fruit and PB powder
