The W.E.L.L. Clinic and Walk With a Doc

CPCMG is here to help you and your family achieve your nutrition and activity goals! 

The W.E.L.L. Clinic is a one-year program that helps kids and families improve health habits in the following areas: 

  1. Nutrition
  2. Physical activity 
  3. Sleep 
  4. Screen time
  5. Social and emotional wellness

The program includes a monthly telehealth visit with a W.E.L.L. Clinic physician or nurse practitioner as well as check-ins with a health coach in between visits to provide support, answer questions, and check in on your goals.  

W.E.L.L. Clinic Providers: Dr. Natalie Muth, MD, RDN, FAAP, a pediatrician and registered dietitian, Dr. Mary Tanaka, MD, FAAP, pediatrician, and Nurse Practitioner Nicole Kastner, CNP.  

W.E.L.L. Clinic Health Coaches: Katie Dreyfuss, BS, ACE Health Coach, bilingual in Spanish, and Cassandra Padgett, MS, ACE Health Coach.

Healthy Living Visits
Healthy Living Visits are a program of the W.E.L.L. Clinic that is available for patients at their own CPCMG sites! This six-session program supports families in making healthy changes in the following areas:  

  1. Fruit and vegetable intake
  2. Screen time
  3. Physical activity
  4. Sugary drink consumption
  5. Sleep quality
  6. Social and emotional wellness
