“I love the combination of medicine and psychology and felt that nursing was the perfect balance of the two. I love working with children, getting to know them, and watching them grow up. Parenting is not easy, and I always remind parents that they are doing a good job. Time flies and children grow up in the blink of an eye. Take time to breathe and enjoy the time.

I am married and have two children, ages 16 and 18. My children are very active in sports, and we spend a lot of time as a family watching, supporting, and participating in these activities. I am an avid Padres fan and have been since I was a young child. In my spare time I enjoy running and yoga.”
