Personal Statement

“I am drawn to childrens’ frank honesty and innocence – they keep me grounded and humble. Treating children and working with their parents to keep them healthy and thriving brings me joy and fulfillment. The greatest part of my job is helping an infant grow into a self-sufficient, competent adult. It’s a privilege to do my job and I love it!

I have been married to a fellow physician for almost 25 years. We have 3 children and we love to travel together as a family; our shared experiences discovering new cultures and places has helped broaden our view of the world and our role in it. In my spare time I enjoy reading for pleasure, traveling, Pilates, massages, baking and being a volleyball team mom.”
