Personal Statement

“I love explaining the why behind things, whether that’s a diagnosis, a medication, or just how the body works. Before general pediatrics I spent years in research and trained in pediatric cardiology, and that still shapes how I think. But what I enjoy most is building trust with families over the years. Parents know their kids best, so please tell me what you’re seeing, even the little things. When I’m not at work, I’m usually tinkering on some kind of project, either around the house or on the computer, or outside with my wife, our son, and our pets.”
