Personal Statement

“I am passionate about health promotion and wellness with children. As a parent myself and a past educator in pediatric medicine, I always encourage my families to listen to their children and to go with your gut instinct.

Along with my husband and daughter, I enjoy spending time together on hikes, camping, and swimming at the beach. In my spare time, I enjoy practicing and teaching mindfulness and yoga, horseback riding, traveling, and walking on the beach with family and friends.”
