Personal Statement

“I have been practicing pediatrics in San Diego for 23 years both in the outpatient setting and at Rady Children’s Hospital in the Emergency Department and inpatient units. As a mother of 4 teenagers (3 are triplet boys), I love to combine my medical and nursing experience with my parenting wisdom to help my patients raise the healthiest and happiest children possible. I have a background in lactation education, and enjoy supporting my new breastfeeding mothers and newborns through this special time. My special interests are nutrition, healthy lifestyle, and the prevention and management of asthma. I find interacting with children and their families a fun and rewarding experience.”
