Personal Statement:

“As a native San Diegan, I fondly remember my local pediatrician growing up, from the annual well-child check-ups to the occasional sick visits. Now as a pediatrician, I strive to set the same example for my patients and families, with the goal of keeping children healthy from infancy to young adulthood. Although I started my career as a pediatric hospitalist taking care of strictly children admitted to the hospital, I missed the longitudinal relationships with patients and their families, so I transitioned to the primary care setting where my passions lie. For all of my patients, I aim to provide quality, empathetic, and respectful care while privileged with the joy of hanging out with kids all day and watching children grow up.”
