MyChart
MyChart is a convenient, secure, personal and free way to manage your child’s healthcare information and communicate directly with your CPCMG provider online.
Whether you are at work, on the road or at home, MyChart allows you to:
- Request and schedule appointments
- Email your CPCMG pediatrician
- Review medications and lab results
- Submit prescription refill requests
- Schedule a Video Visit for minor medical concerns
- Pay your bill
- Request copies of your child’s medical record
- Finish visit questionnaires before appointments
How do I sign up for MyChart?
You need an activation code to create an account. CPCMG can complete your sign up process for you at your pediatrician’s office or you can request an activation code by calling your CPCMG pediatrician’s office. This code will enable you to login and create your own user ID and password. Please note you will need a separate activation code for each of your children.
*You must provide a valid, government-issued form of identification to set up your MyChart account.
How do I activate my account?
Activate your MyChart account by visiting mychartatradychildrens.org and completing the sign up process.
What is proxy access?
Proxy accounts are available to the parents and guardians of patients. Proxy access includes access to some health information on MyChart for patients up to age 18. Once a patient turns 18, proxy access will be automatically removed and may be reinstated with approval from the adult patient. Due to state privacy laws, teen accounts are available to patients age 12 and older.
How do I log in to Rady Children's MyChart?
Log in at the MyChart button above using the username and password you created at signup. If you haven't enrolled yet, ask for an activation code at your next visit or request one through our office.
Is CPCMG MyChart the same as Rady Children's MyChart?
Yes. Because CPCMG is affiliated with Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego, our patients use the same Rady Children's MyChart account. One login gives you access to records from your CPCMG pediatrician and any care your child receives through Rady Children's.
What can I do in MyChart?
Through MyChart you can view test results and immunization records, message your child's CPCMG pediatrician, request prescription refills, review visit summaries, and manage appointments — including scheduling video visits. It's the fastest way to handle routine requests without calling the office.
I forgot my MyChart username or password. What do I do?
Click this link and enter the email address or mobile phone number you previously used for two-step verification to receive a code to recover your MyChart account. You can also call your pediatrician's office and we can verify your identity and help you regain access to your child's account.
How do I set up MyChart for a video visit?
