“I became a nurse practitioner so I could make a difference by bringing early mental health awareness and interventions to the pediatric primary care setting as support for healthy bodies, healthy minds, healthy emotions, and healthy life skills. I enjoy getting to know the unique qualities of each family and building on their strengths to promote better health.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two adult daughters. I also enjoy nature walks, meditating, cooking healthy foods as well as knitting, crocheting and quilting.”
